Nokia Lumia is stuck on the gears spinning , and hard reset doesn't resolve the problem !! [solution]

Sometimes after update (or Reset my phone) the device can get stuck to ‘spinning gears’. If 'spinning gears' are on the screen more than 60 minutes then recovery actions are needed.

if you search on the Internet you will find only one solution is the hard reset using key combination as described in the official nokia website

but sometimes this solution won't help !! i have searched a lot and finally i find a solution , it works for any lumia phone and it can solve other boot problem and they didn't mention it the troubleshooting section.

You will need a usb cable for your phone then follow this steps :

1- Download Download Nokia Software Updater for Retail 4.1.0 from this link or google for a newer version

2- install it , the first screen will show you this

3- while your phone is connected to the computer and showing the spinning gears : Press and hold the power and volume down key until the phone vibrates.

4- it will recognize the phone and ask you to download the firmware , it could take a while (more than 1GB)

5- if at the end the phone isn't connected to the computer don't worry , just reconnect it (force close if its in the stupid spinning gears)

6 - Finally click install , the new firmware will be installed on your phone

I hope this could help someone to fix his lumia phone :)
